What is the one thing we know about Indian men who own bikes?
That they’re obsessed with their bikes. You may have even heard some of them jokingly say, ‘Yeh meri bike nahi, baiko hai.’
Well, they aren’t joking. Smallest scratch to the tank, daintiest damage to the mirror, tiniest tear on the seat cover - these are enough to earn their attention and care.
With TVS Raider, we used this simple insight to drive home a very powerful message.

Kotex India inspired young girls fight the taboo around periods by making a statement at India's longest-running Rural Olympics. Millions of Indian girls still face the menstrual hygiene problems leading to a reduced quality of life and hurdles in their progress.
At Kila Raipur Sport Festival 2023, Kotex India gave 16 young girls the power to make periods an open conversation by passing open pads as batons in a unique relay race, in front of a stadium full of people. Thus initiating the #PeriodOfChange for millions of young girls just like them.

Every Pujo, as the many-handed goddess mesmerizes the devotees, the many hands that make the vision possible disappear behind her.
This Pujo, Pond’s India chose to celebrate the beauty of these Durgas behind the Durga. The women idol makers that toil for hours - day and night. We chose to tell the story of their beauty - the beauty of their vision and the beauty of each of them.
So, we created a giant mural of Maa Durga with a special detail - the entire image was made of smaller images of women idol makers creating their own Maa Durga idols and a special QR code that let the passersby witness their inspiring story and their beauty.
To show them how much we truly cherish and celebrate them, we gifted each idol maker an idol of themselves, just like their darling Dugga idols.
This Pujo, Pond’s celebrated 2 great beauties - one of the beloved Dugga and one of the Duggas behind the beloved Dugga.

The visual of a talcum powder perched under the bathroom mirror and the habit of using it as a one-for-all make-up base is age old for Indian girls.
So, when Pond’s India wanted to market a product formulated specially for skin to cover spots and uncover glow, we aimed to come up with something simple but sticky.

Kotex is about revolutionizing period solutions and prioritizing period health. It believes that girls should not have to choose from options that make them adjust - be it in their lives or their sanitary pads. They should feel free and empowered to walk away from unhealthy things and situations. The campaign line for Kotex’s latest range of period solutions, ProHealth+ Pads, 'I choose it all, I am the change' reflects and celebrates that exact sentiment.
With a disruptive period solution that truly delivers what it claims, we aimed at creating a campaign that is carries the same disruptive impact. Showcased here is the Main film and following it is the Demo film that map the journey from creating dissonance to building credibility for Kotex ProHealth+ Pads.

A Mom is so many things to her child but the one thing she is constantly is a no-sayer, because she knows best.
Building on this insight was as instinctive as her ‘no’s because what better way to create dissonance for the innocent moms inadvertently saying yes to chemicals in regular baby soaps!
Tedibar is a soap-free, moisturising bar that delivers everything that a Mom wants for her baby.

Here’s a chain of events in the life of our audience:
Switching to colouring hair at home —> Experiencing bad results —> Wondering if hair colour is even good for their hair
Matrix chose to smash this once and for all by addressing the problems that arose from colouring hair at home, with 3 key personas in the film — each looking for shine, longevity, and healthy hair finally saying ‘not enough’ to the results they got at home.

Diwali matlab discounts, right?
The global payment gateway, PayPal had no special ‘offers’ or ‘discounts’ to extend to its Indian audience. They had the same old offers running throughout the year. But they wanted to use the festive opportunity and drive users to shop and spend.
So we got some of the macro influencers in PayPal’s main verticals — food, movies, health, travel and fashion to urge people to celebrate 5-day festival of Diwali throughout 365 days with the forever running offers.
